Kiwi Cares, 501(c)3

Kiwi Cares is a 501(c)3 non-profit that focuses on improving maternal health outcomes in Minnesota.

Our vision is to create a maternal health Waiver to provide necessary services and supports to pregnant people in Minnesota. While we are working towards that goal, we engage in grants and projects that support birthing people. Our current projects include:

  • A Maternal Health Podcast Documenting Birthing People’s Stories in Minnesota (HRSA and MDH Funded)

  • Black Maternal Health Week (HRSA and MDH Funded)

  • Strollers for Health (City of Minneapolis Funded)

  • Maternal Health Microgrant (Hennepin County Funded)
